Gardening software? Does anyone use it?

I was curious to see if anyone plans their gardens using computer software at all?
If you do, what do you use, what do you like about it and what do you not like about it.
I thought it might be fun to plan with, and use to plan rotations, etc.

I think that mostly, it would help me in the winter months when I'm dying to get out in the dirt and can't!

This is my first year trying one. growveg.com seems to be easy to use and adaptable. You get a 30 day free trial to see if you like it. I think I got the info from someone here but can't remember for sure.
