Every bulb that I have dug up to move this year was sitting 8 inches deep in the dirt. I was at a garden center and asked this women who worked there if it was just daffodil bulbs that dug themselves deeper and she said, no, ALL of them do. So, when I relocated them I dug really deep for them, even those that had some growth on them, and they are all coming up, looking great. I guess you can't bury them too deeply.

Monty said there are bout 35 or so up now!!!! I'm excited. He planted them in the "under construction " Garden Oasis!!!! LOL along with 2 new rose bushes. I went flower shopping today for more flowers for the Island and gazebo, but didnt have much luck. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of selection Lowes had in their garden center. Guess I'll be lookin at the local green houses for flowers this year.

No, not right away, but they will start growing eventually in the bag. . . just before they kick the bucket. I am closer to opening the bag than ever. With a week of sunshine they should have a home before the end of the week.
