Personally I am not someone who needs to eat gluten-free but I have many friends who are so it is very useful to have new recipes up my sleeve. I love almonds so I was intrigued by this one & I intend to test it very soon.

I love cannelloni made with pancakes/ crepes instead of pasta so I think I can see a way of using these in another meal option. Children love them served as cannelloni or used instead of the pasta in lasagne.
