We have a young pig that is in a small pen about 16x16 and because he isn't able to get to the pond we buried half of a 55 gallon drum for him to swim in. What i was wondering is would it be a good idea to put the water that we pump out onto the garden? I wouldn't think that it would hurt just wanted to make sure.

Wouldn't hurt but wouldn't pump it onto any leaf lettuce! :D Actually, would be beneficial, like weak manure tea!

I didn't think it would hurt we tried it today with our "duck tea" that is what we call the water in the baby pool the ducks swim in. The water from the pig in a very very dark green and very smelly too so maybe not that weak......LOL

I think it would be fine as long as it does not come into contact with the edible parts of plants, as was mentioned.
Have any pics?
