Got Flour?

I got out a new bag of flour to make the cookie dough for my Hanantashen 101 class tomorrow afternoon...

And this is what happens when the seam splits when you pick up the bag.

Oh no! Well, at least you won't have to toss a little flour on your face to prove how hard you have been working! (as in the Rice Krispy treats commercial)

What do you use for filling?

Today we will be doing ... Poppy Seed, Apricot, Raspberry.. and my husband asked for Habenero Jelly filling! Not sure it will work, probably bubble out. I might try adding some cornstarch to the jelly..
