had to get some good olive oil today

my tomatoes are just starting to come in. I've got great looking basil. I had to get some fresh mozzarella, real good olive oil & YUM. when I ran out of tomato, I added eggplant as a substitute. i think i might have eaten a tad too much

I kind of live for the time that I've got sliced ripe tomatoes and cucumbers and sweet corn and etc.

Everything is kind of splashed and dashed and sprinkled.

And, there I am with something cold to drink and some crackers .

Not sure what I like better tomatoes with mozzarella and basil or bacon lettuce and tomatoe.

Nothing like a few simple condiments to round off fresh garden tomatoes! Yummy!
