Simple trick for the three of us, Steve.
Goto "Members" at the top of the page and check your ranking in posts. You're at the top, of course.
Now look to the right and you will see both birthday people (if there are any that day) and the newest members whether they have posted yet or not.

Viola! You now know any member who is having a birthday on that given day provided they added that information in their profile when joining.
