Has anyone grown pampas grass from seed?

I started some under a light several weeks ago and they came up ok but they seem to be stuck at about 1 1/2in. They're outside now.

Hi, I just found your post - I wanted to warn you that pampas grass can be very invasive. I have it growing along a fence line and find shoots 100 feet away. Be very careful where you plant it... I spend half my life trying to keep it away from my gardens... Good luck!
