Have an instresting issue

I wanting to start planing the garden but have a issue. My hubby is on a low posstam diet. No potaoes, tomatos etc... How can i find out what is the posstam level in veggies? I would like to some how work this so that instead of planting potaoes i plant (something) to replace it in repices.

Well at least blueberrys are low. :) I'll plant a ton of those. He loves them.

Broccoli is also low. Because of a health problem I have, it was recommended at one point for me to try a low-potassium diet. It seems to me that broccoli and blueberries and chicken were just about all I could have! I didn't stick with it, and it turns out that potassium wasn't what was the problem anyway...Yeah, you're not left with much in the way of veggies on that diet. :/
