Now, THOSE look like walnuts. I guess there IS a lot of variance in the shapes and textures, though.

Having seen only one fruit (so far) I don't have a lot to compare.

I have looked at heartnut trees online. They looked intriguing. But 20 years for the first nut? I'll probably be dead or at least thinking about it. :lol:
