Help ID this minty smelling plant??

DH wanted to buy 'real' mint, so we went to the nursery yesterday and got 4 Peppermint plants and a blueberry bush with berries on it. Planted three around the front of the house and one in a pot.
Still going to dig up and plant that black peppermint up here, too.

Planted the blueberry near the stick of a blueberry plant we bought before.

And finally got around to planting the Celosia, two are in a pot, 1/3 are next to the fence, rest are still waiting on planting.
Hoping to save the seeds, if there are any, and winter over the two in a pot.
