May we add: ban stupid people from voting while we're at it.I thought so too. And I thought of a law that might work, Law #10 billion) Stupid people should be banned from owning pets. Of course, for that to make sense we would also have to ban stupid people from having kids, but what the heck..

Who gets to decide stupidity? Those in middle 50% that support the 50% that don't work? I'm beginning to understand why England only allowed land owners to vote. Those that have no dog in the fight are more than happy to load upon those that do. On other hand, can only tax those with $$$, as others can't pay.
