but as cheap as tires are go by a new one.....

I tried that once, the spray foam didn't last but about two year.
I run Slime in my tires, tractors, tiller, truck it don't matter and never have a tire go flat.

Slime's a tire sealant that you can get it at about any auto parts stores, farm store, Walmart, etc.
