What are You Eating from the Garden?

Kale from the garden, not in but along side, a bowl of noodles. Nothing in that noodle bowl is from the garden. Shucks.

We may have jumped the gun a little because it nearly whittles the kale stems down to having zero leaves and no buds yet. The leaves were incredibly tender and mild!

It would have been appropriate if there was some galanga in the noodles, since I mentioned them this morning in @ducks4you 's thread but there were none in the cabinet ;). A package of beef was found in the fridge.

Kale continues.

Today, for the first time — bok choy :). It isn't from the outdoors but, rather, from the beds protected by the hoophouse.

There isn't much of a recipe. There was a little oil in the skillet. Ground beef went in. As it cooked, some shedded bok choy was added. Simple and appreciated so, here we go :D!
