I liked the line "once the home is delivered all you have to do is bury it..." Haha.

Actually it looks like it's not so far on the different side that it's actually doable. And $1 a sq.' isn't bad I guess for a shell.

I like the view too, but that's probably extra.

Steve ... mudslides of dirt over rock are very common in the PNW as seen on TV very recently like last night. Should be very common for this structure . Just saying.
