I got an Amaryllis bulb!....

Seems like you guys know a lot about amaryllis's..... I bought a bulb in November (Towards the end) and it has fully grown, has 7 GIANT leaves that are each 1-1 3/4 feet long.... IT. WON'T. BLOOM. I don't know why!!! It's in a sunny window, is perfectly fine, is still growing new leaves, but still won't bloom. Why not?

I think your amaryllis hasn't bloomed because its not blooming size. Where did you get your amaryllis bulb? If its a small bulb then it won't bloom until the bulb gets bigger.

Well, mine didn't bloom either The bloom stalk comes up first, so if you have leaves, it's not going to bloom this year.
