I made pumpkin bread with Mrs Crinkles. I still have 3 left. They have kept nicely. I will cook and freeze the rest before long. I always use Rumbo squash for my pumpkin pie. It is more orange and sweeter then pumpkins. Some seed catalogs call in squash and some call it a pumpkin. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Still going to try to get to Connecticut tomorrow. Have a bird in the freezer so will have to figure it out in the morning and thaw the bird in a hurry.
