No real recipe. I bake as many sweets for as big a pot of soup as I want, usually big. Chop and pan fry some onions and garlic with hot Italian or Andouille sausageand butter. Scoop in the taters and loosen it up with as much chicken broth as you like add your choice of greens. Some times I top it with Romano cheese for the Italian and add Cajun seasoning to the Andouille. If I'm feeling extravagant I add some shrimp at the end just to cook it through.For the potato, Bake them up. Pan fry the bacon and reserve. Use the grease to fry onion, garlic and as many peppers as you want. Cut up or scoop the potatoes into the pot and add as much chicken broth as you like, sometimes I throw some greens in but always top with some kind of cheese. Pretty basic but delightful.
