Is This a Weed?

I pick up a lot of plants on clearance. A lot of times there is no tag with plant. Is this a garden flower or weed?

Do you like the plant? Then it is a flower. If you don't like/want it, it is a weed. I hope Carol is quick with the name.

While looking it up I found sites where you can order seed!
So as Red says, it is a weed if you do not want it there. Or a flower if you like it!

It's on the invasive species list because it chokes out other plants and is difficult to control. It has pretty flowers, but if it were growing in my beds I'd pull it before I regretted it.

It's pretty. Could plant in a bucket in garden and shoot any escapees with roundup.....
