So it came faster then I was ready for and I need to go clean out cabinets and drawers to make room. My Jam Sweepstake prize from Food, INC and TakePart INC.

Now to figure out how to use the food mill and start knocking out the DRAWERS of tomatoes I've been hoarding for sauce.

Nice haul! The food mill is an AWESOME tool when you process tomatoes. With mine, I just cut the tomato in a couple of pieces and run it through. I don't even need to do the whole boiling water trick to peel them.
