I'm making sauce. I hate having to make sauces in the summer when it's already hot and the house turns into some type of sadistic torture. So my plan was to make some sauces and can the rest of the tomatoes into juice and make sauce this winter when it was cold. Well it turned out that last summer was very cool and I made more sauces than I originally planned. I have a pint left and it's is 30 degrees outside. It is SAUCE DAY.

I am planning marinara and pizza sauce. Any other suggestions, I am making this out of juice, I also have a few jars of stewed and diced tomatoes.

I had not even thought of that. I think I have a recipe for that and Chili sauce that my daughter like to use on chili dogs. Thanks.
