Our doctors - gastroenterologists, which belong to the "old school", advised to eat it all. Porridge, soup, vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy products ... They deny the favor of vegetarianism and a separate food. They also deny the existence of toxins in the body that need to be "cleaned".
Another thing to paid medicine. Paid medicine contrary, intimidates patients. For example, they argue that the diet should depend on the blood group. For your money you will clean the body, the liver and the pockets of your money.
Kombucha I also do not like. But sometimes buy mushroom "Japanese rice", he also lives in the pot with water and sugar. Lotion from it improves the complexion.

Witch hazel Hamamelis virginian ?

I don't have the ability to eat fermented/pickled food in any quantity. I like most of those sorts of things but only as a minor condiment, for a couple of nibbles with the meal.

I may as well not even bring a jar of pickled cucumbers home. The exception is to dice a dill pickle and mix it with mayonnaise for a quick Tartar sauce.

Beer? I'm likely to doze off well before finishing the second bottle ;).
