Jars of sunshine, indeed! What a lovely sentiment. I always say that homemade jam, in winter, tastes like summer- I will try to reflect on the "feelings" of summer, as well as the taste. Thanks for the thoughtful post....

nice. I am making chardonnay jelly these last two days. A regular sugar batch and a lower sugar batch so far. Sunshine thru the jars is beautiful!
