For your enjoyment, edification and enlightenment I present the 1938 Minneapolis-Moline UDLX, Designed to both work in the fields and be driven into town it sported a heater, windows that opened, a glove box, radio, cigarette lighter, gauges, passenger seat, a PTO and a top speed of 40 mph which was more than sufficient for the roads of the day. Sales were limited (M-M only built 150) by the steep price tag of $2,150.00 at a time when you could both a car and tractor for under $500 each.
