Daughter started school last week, and then she got sick and now I'm sick. So I have not been very active on line and probably won't for another week or so. Just don't want anyone to worry.

Yep, one of the ways germs spread is at schools, especially at the start of the school year. I sure hope it is not a case of adult chicken pox or that hantavirus stuff. At least give your doc a phone call. She might know what's going around in your area. Hang in there!

It has been quite without you. Try to get as much rest as you can and wash, wash, wash, those hands.

Miss you,
Mary

Those li'l kids! They are sprinkling each other with microbes and then bring 'em on home to their parents!

Rest, V. Also, drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy foods. You know, fruits and vegetables -- with all their healthful nutrients and anti-oxidants!

Other than keeping in touch with health care professionals what else can we do other than keep toxins out, put something healthful in, and try to lower stress?

Steve

edited to add: . . . and some good quality protein to repair damage . . .

Sorry to hear it. The best thing about my daughter growing up, was that she didn't bring home every germ in the universe! Hope you are both better, fast!
