Looks good Catfish!!! The skins all look to be well rendered & crispy!!!

We're doing beef fajitas (caveman style) for supper as we're not big fans of turkey/dressing. Also smoked 2 corned brisket points for homemade pastrami.

We smoked our turkey too. Sure was good. Saved the bones to make broth. After DH and DSIL took turkey off the pit, I tossed some fresh ham hocks on to smoke for future pots of beans/greens.

Your turkeys and chickens look yummy!

looks like we have an extra guest for dinner ds brought one of his friend, from the sounds of it his parents are having a big tiff turkey is on the back lawn....

:lol::lol: Turkey on the back lawn? I bet it didn't fly back there, at least not on it's own power. Wonder who threw it and if the turkey hit the target.....:gig

did not dig into it,but definitely the bird flew the coop... hope christmas is better for him

next time you smoke throw a couple chickens on.....nothing like smoked chicken pot pie/soup/stir fry..etc
smoked boneless thighs are out of this world especially pan fried
