See how the others are weighing and crowding in on it, despite it's need for space. It has this understanding that if it can turn slightly and slide a little to the south, even without disturbing its neighbor to the southeast, some relief will be gained. Probably the best move for the entire population ...

"Parent" as in ancestor or in closest direct-line from the indigenous group - it isn't clear in this exercise but hardly matters with this analysis.
