Another thing not to bother with, for flies, anyway: I sprayed 2 flies on my screen with the new Hot Shot Natural Flying Insect Spray with lemongrass oil. It mildly annoyed them. Tried to drown them with it, one wandered into a spiderweb and MAY have eventually met his demise. It might work on fruit flies or mosquitoes. Some swear by Avon Skin so soft for 'squiters, but you have to apply every few minutes and by the end of a barbeque, you feel like a greased pig and smell like a lounge lizard.

I gave up on most fly sprays and mosquito repellants years ago, most of them gave me a rash and I smelled AWFUL. LOL I'm pretty sure its not good for the skin, and I'll probably die of some poison one day but on especially bad days when I have to be out for a long period of time and the skeeters are REALLY bad... I spray myself in Absorbine Ultrashield Flyspray for horses...
