majors 2016 garden..

i love bumblebees got out to the garden this morning... those little work horses were pollinating every flower on all the acorn squash plants

9/25/16 update......
the summer growing season is coming to a end. pulled the the corn stalks and eggplant, wont be long before the other half is done...
did order 20# of red crimson clover seed friday so next weekend will start seeding and putting down straw...

it's been a rough start for the fall/ winter garden, have had to reseed a few things, but the weather is cooling off now so should have a better germination rate.
the 21 cow peas will be pulled later today need to get that bed ready..

Your garden is looking good as always. :)

I will be harvesting my puny little handful of carrots from the straw bale debacle very soon. Heading out of town for a week with my sis so it can wait until I get back.
Maybe they'll have a flush of growth while I'm gone!!
