Thought I'd share this with yall, this vine is on my BIL's place. He thinks it's a few decades old. It runs way up in the trees & still makes fruit.

Hi Chicken_Boy, yeah the 2nd pic isn't the best, I tired to show the vine running up the trees.Now those plants in the front of the pic are a type of bamboo that is everywhere in the woods here.

Chicken_Boy , I don't know what you'd call our soil. 
I do know you dig down three foot & ya hit clay. This land used to be a river bed long ago.Lots of hardwood trees & cypress. We are surrounded by woods,but our 5 acres are mostly cleared.
