...making me fresh butter!

I've had the hardest time finding low pasturized or raw milk, I finally found a low pasturized local fresh milk to try this with. Wish me luck! For the cost of the milk ($1.99) this may work out to my advantage for my baking, plus the free buttermilk for the pancakes I am planning to make when I separate that from the milk.

My husband's best friend yells at me that in the last year, having dinner and snacks out our place every other weekend is the reason he put on 40lbs! He hates me, but he hugs and kisses on my more then my husband after a meal. (Usually he has seconds and thirds by then! LOL)

I just ate some yummy corn bread that was baking with apple and parmesean cheese inside, then topped with honey and applesauce. Yummmmm........ (And hot cocoa on the side)

when my kids were little and we had unlimited free milk and cream I used to put it in a big mason jar tighten the lid and let them roll it back and forth on the rug ..worked great and kept the kids busy rolling it around!

I can not stand the noise of the blender and even use a hand whisk to make my mayo instead of the blender ..

it rips my brains out!

that aside I hope your butter turns out well!
