My fern from Turkey is alive!

My BIL sent me this bulb last fall.I gave 2 to my mom,and my thrid one has finally come to life.Very exciting.I hear it is an expensive plant.I forget the name,but the plant has been around for a super long time.

Anyone know the name? I thought it was a century plant,but all those(varying) do not look like mine. It grows big.

I don't know what they are called. Can you keep it as a houseplant? It seems to me I have seen them indoors? Congrats on it coming to life!

Is it a Sago palm?

Yes,it does look like the sago.Atleast ones I saw growing in a pot.I was sent a picture of my in-laws grown one.Mine is still alive though I should get it in some better soil.
