Wellp Dave, if the seed company says it's probably a hybrid from cross pollination I guess, why then, do save the seeds from them and grow the seeds. If it was indeed an f1 hybrid, each of the seeds you plant from it will make different plants and different fruits.

From those plants, you could save seed from your favorites and begin making your own variety, or even several varieties.

And you can name each of them yourself.
 
^ That's what I'm doing. I have a few interesting hybrids this year, but still no idea what to name them!... except delicious. ;)
 
A couple of its children... 1st one used to be larger but started collapsing under the weight of the pods so I lost a few and had to prune it. :/

Those are beauties Ridgeback! My peppers don't usually have a long enough season to turn, I would love some red ones like yours. Those look like they're pretty fiery.
