New Fridge Doesn't Fit

Could you get someone to trim the bottom of the built in cabinet or whatever it is?

I did not measure height I thought they where standard height. The delivery guys would not take back once it cross door way to house

Where did you buy it? I bought an expensive fridge 2 summers ago,Gorgeous stainless steel from Sears. When it got hot and humid the freezer was sweating. The finish would have been ruined in no time. I was obviously not insulated properly. The first one I talked to told me they all did that-not true of course. First they wanted to send a repairman. I finally spoke to the right person who knew the rules or was willing to enforce them. Under 30 days they have to give you a new one if it is not working properly. New one does not sweat. Can you imagine getting a fridge for a couple of thousand and having it repaired? Call the store. The delivery guys probably would not have been paid if they took it back. Be a jerk if you have to. I have learned to play a bit stupid until they are exasperated and give in to your demands.

Going to Sears Sun to pick out new one and get other returned. Mary I have not seen it yet. My nephew sent me a photo looks like fridge is higher then can be trimmed. I am really hoping for that, I love this fridge and got a great deal on it

We once had to trim the space to get the fridge to fit. DH just took an electric saw to it. I was doubtful but it worked out fine.
