I live in Zone 4, grow about 15% of my own food, and have a few animals. I am currently striving to grow more than 50% of my own food, but that's pretty darn ambitious. I think gardening is uber-fun, and the food is unparalleled!

Hi 50 % of your food is a great goal. Any homegrown food is still better than most of the stuff we can buy.
