New Trellis Idea

I have been working a bit in the backyard. These old sides of a baby crib used to be part of my chicken run.

Now I am using them as a support for some vines.

I have moved this Clematis vine from the front yard where it was
getting too much summer sun. It appears to be happy in it's new spot.

And on the other side of the path I transplanted some volunteer
Sunflowers and Morning Glory vines.

I like it!!! I love doing things like that....not your run of the mill, store bought trellising and it adds character to a garden, IMO.

We have the same crib! Mine is in the garden shed awaiting its new life in the garden.
