50 weeks out of the year I vaguely remember where it is and not to step on it, weed whack it or dig it up on accident. Then it does this.

(It's a lily, right? Does anyone know what kind exactly?)

I'm pretty sure it is a stargazer- does it smell like heaven? Mine are getting to open- another week or so....I would not consider having a garden without lily's!

I do think that is a Stargazer Lilly. Dw's favorite, I won't tell how many that have been planted here that did not make it through a season. Still trying to find the "right" spot. Way to go it is beautiful! :thumbsup

Stargazer lily it is. It *does* smell good! I hadn't noticed, it's down beside the steps and I'm usually on a mission, headed somewhere. Just got the Park Seed fall catalog, maybe it needs a friend. -Wendy
