I'll be back at it today... dh picked another bushel of tomatoes, then cherry tomatoes, then pepper.... he almost got a bushel of Jalapenos!
We need to make more salsa... I canned 13 pints yesterday and put 1 quart, 1 pint and 1 jelly jar in the fridge for us to eat on now.

I burned myself but good today doing peaches and plums... not looking forward to doing any more right now.

vferm - Thanks and sorry to hear you burned yourself... I burnt my finger with the stupid steam when I opened my canner and I try to be soooo careful cause man that stuff hurts!
I'll try to post more pics. lol
