My wife and I just got back from Sunny Cal. after a week of parties. Many family members and friends from the Western States decended on Fresno, Cal. For the week long PARTY. 
. First,We stoped at my baby brother's and his wife's home in Napa, Cal. for a B and B . The next morning my brother gave us a tour of his last construction project. 20years ago he purchest 5 blocks worth of delapidated business buildings with wooden boardwalks on the banks of the Napa River. He then demolished the boardwalks and their wooden piers and started to remodel and/ or demolish and rebuild the buildings into shops, 3 restaurants run by iron chefs from NY , condos on the 2 nd stories, poured concrete patios/ boardwalks to replace the wooden ones. The building that were demolished were converted to parking lots between remodeled buildings. Built a bridge over the Napa River so that boats could go under it for tourists' River cruizes. Chip Gains " Silos " of Fixer Uper TV show has nothing over my brother as he has remodeled the Silos behind one of the buildings years before Chip. This area is now known as " River Walk ". Then in Fresno, We celebrated our twin granddaughters' first birthday, 
the next day their big sister's sweet 16 ( 2 weeks late ), 
then big brother's graduation from High School 
. My baby Brother's birthday ( 3 weeks early ) 
Followed by my neice's birthday.( 2 weeks early) 
. Then we topped it off with our 48th Aniversary. 
We drove 14 hours tagteam every 100 miles to back home in Wa.. Then about midnight , we got a phone call from our daughter informing us the she had a gall bladder atack and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance for tests and posible surgery. Big Sister and Big Brother suddenly became caretakers of the twins .
