Curious if I am treating mine with proper regs.
I have planted the seeds in organic soil WITH hummus and manure,
placed a generous sprinkling of crumbled sried leaves over top, and gave them energized water,...and it has been 2 WEEKS! They have full going into partial sun, and all my care. What else should I be doing? The hummingbirds are waiting, as well as I for this marvel of nature!

First :welcome glad to have you here!

Sounds like you've done all you can do, but wait! Patience is something gardeners hate to do, but we must. Nature will not hurry on our account.

You will be rewarded with a gorgeous vine... eventually... just sit back and let it do its thing! :D

Welcome!!! Passion flower is one of favorites. I have never grown from seed. I bought the plant that I have several years ago. I winter it over in my office (where I usually get a few blooms, even in the dark of winter...)
I keep saying somebody should sell us seed packets with patience in them!! Happy Gardening!

Mmmm... hummus. ;)

I've seen Passion Flower Vines all over New Orleans (and elsewhere), but have *never* noticed fruit. I've gotten marketing emails from various gardening supply places that assure me I can have fruit from a Passion Flower Vine.

Do any of y'all get fruit from your Passion Flower?

I was given a vine about 10 years ago(I have no idea which one I have) and I started in a pot, where it did produce fruit. Then I moved it to my fence, where it had more room to spread out 20 feet, and it was just covered with flowers, but did not fruit again. I sold that house, and took a cutting with me to my new house, and it is still growing and flowering, but no fruit. I wonder if some varities of passion vine fruit more readily than others, or does certain conditions have to exsist for it to fruit?
