Pilot bread made from, whole grain wheat flour, quinoa, corn, sunflower seeds Called pilot bread, since it is very hard, with most of the moisture removed, and has to be softened in a steamer, microwave,or dipped in liquid. This means it can be kept for long periods at ambient temperatures.(Hardtack) if you like). This is about 10 day supply for one person.Annotated pictures depict the method. In my case this product replaces bread in all its forms.

I like that! Add things like garlic and cheese and it'd be munchable as an even more delicious snack!

Making is very versatile, one can use the imagination. I eat the accompanying products much like one would eat cheese and crackers of old. They are a good companion with soup.
