Potted Herbs

I potted these herbs as a gift for my son's girlfriend. I hope she likes it. I would like it but I am always nervous when giving her things.

I don't know why the one is blurry, it isn't anywhere else. Anyway, there is basil, lemon basil, chives, garlic chives, thyme, oregano and sage in the pot.

Maybe this is a better view. They are all seedlings so it doesn't look like there is a lot in it but when they fill out it should be over flowing.

I think it's wonderful! Is that one of those big ornamental mugs that are about 12 inches across? My mom has a couple that I'm always tempted to swipe when I visit.

Yes it is. I have always wanted one, went to wally world and they had one left. I was specifically going there to get one for Toni so I couldn't really keep it for myself. I'm going to have to start hitting other ones to see if they have any.

That is really nice, you have inspired me to do some of those for co-workers. I hope I can find green mugs, I know I can get brown ones but the green is really eye catching.

I got it at Walmart. It was only $9.98 in the garden section. I also thought about getting some regular coffee mugs and doing individual herbs in them. Maybe parsley, dill and lavendar because I don't have those in there.

Hunkydory you are a genius! I've got one last big cappuccino mug from a set, with no saucers left at all. This is clearly the answer! Do I have to give it away though?
