Boy, it's quiet around here! :) What kind of holiday presents do you plan on giving using stuff you grew this year? Unfortunately, we ate most of what we grew, so I don't have a whole lot left except honey and pickles!

For all sorts of occasions, I like to give away pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, many types of jams and jellies, applesauce and salsa. It's fun to always have something on hand :)

Yeah we ate most of what we grew too! Yet, I am giving seeds! I collected so many seeds this year, I was selling them on craigslist to get rid of them. I only needed a few myself.

I did find out my brother-in-law and sister-in-law just got into gardening and rented a nice house with a huge yard. My mother-in-law is giving them flower pots and stuff to help get them going with their huge plans, so I'm going to send like 15 packets of seeds to get them going.

I do still have 2 jars of Muscadine jelly left, but my daughter just eats that up... so it will probably only last us until spring anyways :) Can't give away a kid's favorites.

Each of the daughters got a wicker basket with tomato juice, tomato sauce, green beans, corn, strawberry jam, grape jelly, all from the garden and from the turkey shoot city ham, bacon, and bologna.

I gave all of the children's teachers a gift basket with homemade goodies in them this year.
I included various jams and spreads that I made, along with some biscotti and a jar of honey from reinbeau's hives.

I gave my folks and aunt stuff I canned. Greenbeans, jams, pickles, chicken. They are diabetic and I was able to make everything without adding sugar for them.
