Hi everyone!

I'm starting this post because it seems to me that we gardeners, myself included, are growing huge numbers of plants.

Providing we have half decent weather we are going to have a HUGE HARVEST so I'm just thinking ahead in collecting various recipes together for when the crunch comes.

As many of you already know I have a great interest in traditional Italian cooking so I am kicking off with a link to a wonderful recipe for that staple of Southern Italian Cooking -- A Sicilian Tomato Sauce:-

Spiced Cherry Tomato Preserve -- This sounds really tasty!

You can tell I've been exploring again -- I have been trapped inside by the really heavy rain. It has actually stopped now but too late for working outside this evening.

Lets hope it's drier tomorrow.....???
