I'm sorry to read this, Bob. Government dictating wages is the BIGGEST job killer, so your boom will become a bust, just like in Seattle, where the $15.00/hour pay has closed Down businesses.

The bleeding heart liberals KNOW this fact of life, but since they value their own re-election more they brainwash the uninformed with their mantra ... then bash the business comunity as heartless for the loss of jobs so that they can be re-elected once again.

On last nights news... the "Tiny Homes" have become very popular in Portland, Ore. after the liberal mayor and city council approved their construction. Now many of these tiny homes have become drug dens and prostitution parlors and the police department is having a cow. Nice !

Late night's news last night ... the liberal mayer asked the city council to pass a city ordinance that any condemned home and abandoned home , and any other home that is destined for destruction has to be hand destructed and all materials are to be recycled. All of the contractors are voicing their displessure today as it would increase their labor costs exponentially as well as add 2 - 4 weeks to their time line to rebuild. Selling any item to recycling companies would only yield a tiny portion of the costs of deconstruction. This in turn will increase the price of the new homes built on that site to the buyer. Nice !

No ! The "Tiny Homes" ( fancy new name to make them hip to apeal to the new hippies ) are new construction very small homes 100 to 750 sq.ft. ... many are built on trailer frames with wheels so one can take them anywhere with a pick-up truck anytime one wants to just like mobile homes.

subdivisions are pooping up everywhere around here some small some large stick built houses start at the mid 100k to the upper 500k and all on 1 to 1 1/2 acre lots.. of course they restrict what you can do on the lots...
sure glad i only have 3.5 acres
