Purple martins FINALLY

Well, not unhappy but got a good look at my "purple martins" while planting onions. Tree swallows.... they have a beautiful warble to them. Plus they eat bugs. & they are pretty.

You mean the Purple Martins that were originally checking out the apartment and left were replaced by swallows? Or were you confused and they were swallows all along?

I like swallows, so pretty, and fun to watch swoop and glide.

Swallows build nests under bridges around here. They especially like rivers and lakes. Glad you got some to move in, they are pretty birds.
