Rant post--my furnace is broken!!!!!!!

And its -9C, and the brakes on my car are shot--dh replaced one last night, and needs to do the other one tonight, so I am vehicle-less, and the furnace hasn't worked all day, and I'm cold sitting here wrapped in a blanket, spending way too much time on the computer, b/c I'm too cold to get up and do anything else, and dh won't be back until 8pm to fix the furnace. Just bought this place 5 months ago and between flooding of my land, flooding in my basement, and now this I am ranting!!!!! The cold is getting to me AGH!!! And my kids will be home from school soon!!!!

Go feed the chickens something from the fridge, it will make you feel Appreciated. Then, if you have friendly chickens, see if one wants to camp out on your lap awhile, they are surprisingly warm

Although, also intermittantly pooey, gotta wear old jeans!

Man, I feel for you. Hopefully its fixed by now, or you are someplace keeping warm! It got to a whopping 17 here today!
