Rare and Unusual $2.50

Pasted a display for bulbs, summer daffodils caught my eye. Name on box Summer Cheer Daffodils, under name rare and unusual 8 blooms each bulb. Price was $2.50 how could I pass that up. Has a label ever made you buy something?

nope never....... just yesterday bought a pack of pickling cucumber seeds at tractor supply.

You will love them, @Nyboy! They pop up when you least expect to see daffodils blooming and are a beautiful creamy white. Of course, when I bought mine I didn't think they were 'rare', just beautiful.

Are they "cheerfulness" daffodils?

Must be ... they bloom late - maybe not as late as summer but probably May for you, NyBoy.

Don't forget to bring a few into the house for their fragrance. Very nice to have around

I thought that was familiar Steve. That was your suggestion to me for planting my summer clients beds. I have passed this suggestion on to her as a possible way to have some blooming bulbs for their arrival.
