Report card.

Our daughter Julia brought home her report card yesterday. She made the Honor roll!!!!
I'm so proud of her! It's hard to believe in August she will be a freshman in high school. Today she did her first "high school activity" she went to what is called "Color guard clinic" So far she said she likes it!!!! Hope she makes the team!!!!!

Congrats! Tell Julia your garden friends are happy she is doing well. Folks involved in school activities generally don't get involved in undesirable activities.

I am very proud of her. She has worked hard all year to make honor roll.... every report card she missed it by just a few points! She was so excited!!!!
Smart Red, I'm hoping she gets picked for Color Guard to help keep her out of trouble! She is not a bad kid at all.... she has a pretty level head for 13! It can be an expensive activity but I will do what I can to help her if she makes it.

You and your husband should be very proud!! 13 can be rough to live wth. First year as a teenager, they think they know more then parents.
