Its getting "cold" at night and it is affecting my butterfly weed plants that are currently hosting monarch caterpillars.

I have one plant that has foliage left, so I transplanted the monarchs from the cold-harmed plants to the last remaining food source today in an attempt to save as many monarchs as possible.

then covered the plant with netting to keep out inquisitive ducks and chickens.

My tropical milkweed is doing fine and still in active growth. I have 4 monarch cats working on it right now. My tuberous milkweed seems to be stalling and may lose it's leaves. This is my first season with it so I don't really know what to expect.
